About Me
Illustrator. Window painter. Mural artist.
I’m Jordan Stubbs, an illustrator specialising in hand-painted windows and murals for businesses, community spaces, and events across the UK.
My background is in illustration. I trained formally and built my practice around strong drawing, storytelling, and bold, character-led imagery. Over time, that illustration practice naturally evolved into painting on glass and walls, bringing my work into real public spaces where people can experience it at scale.
Today, I combine detailed illustration skills with large-scale painting to create artwork that is clear, engaging, and built specifically for its environment.

From sketch to storefront
Every project begins with drawing.
Before a brush touches glass or a wall, I develop ideas through sketching and digital concepts. This means clients can see how the finished piece will work in their space before painting begins.
Whether it’s:
-
A seasonal shop window
-
A mural for a community building
-
A promotional display
-
Or an illustrated concept brought to life at scale
The foundation is always illustration-led design.
Working with businesses and communities
I regularly work with:
-
Independent shops and cafés
-
Community buildings
-
Schools and education settings
-
Events and local campaigns
My approach is collaborative and practical. I understand public-facing spaces, footfall, and the importance of getting designs right for the audience.
I aim to create artwork that feels welcoming, professional, and memorable without being overwhelming.
